Raymond wanted a deck to cover the existing slabbed patio with a step down from the existing kitchen door. He also wanted a wooden walkway linking the deck to the back gate of the property.

After completion of the new deck he decided to extend it to the boundary of his property on the opposite side, this was carried out under a separate contract.
